All applications undergo a review and approval process.  We limit non-vintage/antique vendors to one spot per category.  Once the application is approved, your booth space will be held.  We will contact you directly to arrange payment for the space.  The fee is due 30 days before the event.  If payment is not received, the booth will be released to the next person on the approved waiting list.  (We reserve the right to place your booth where we deem appropriate).

Vendor Rules:

  • Vendor will provide their table(s), chairs, and EZ up (not to exceed 10X10 ft, unless occupying a covered space)

  • Vendor will keep the booth open until the end of the event (5 PM) or until released by event staff

  • Vendor agrees to only display products approved by The Warehouse

  • Vendor will not sell or display drug-related paraphernalia, guns, ammo, or explosives

  • Vendor will not sell any tobacco products

  • Vendor is responsible for their transactions

  • Vendor agrees to keep their products within the boundaries of their booth space

  • Vendor is responsible for keeping the area around their space clean and fully picking up all belongings and trash at the end of the event

  • Vendor may not transfer or sublease their space to another vendor

Cancellation:

Vendors who cancel 14 or more days in advance are entitled to a full refund.  Those who cancel less than 14 days before the event forfeit their booth rental fee.
